Jeep recently announced the introduction of the all-new 4xe electric hybrid trim that will be applied to the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. The 4xe trim serves as Jeep’s first hybrid trim that will set the domino effect down the rest of the Jeep lineup. The 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee will feature a 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine that delivers excellent performance, reflecting its compact lightweight design with dual overhead camshafts, high-flow intake, variable valve timing, and electronic throttle control with integrated Speed Control. The V-6 engine produces 290 horsepower, Jeep also offers an available V8 engine that produces 357 horsepower. The Grand Cherokee L is king when it comes to towing capabilities for its segment.
