Ab one of the two employees that helped us was very attentive to our needs and questions making us feel welcomed and heard. He was also very quick to getting us the answers to the questions we asked him and any items we asked for or needed. The second Employee Julie was kind and made small talk with us making efforts to connect with us. She also did a very good job explaining to us the paperwork she was handing us highlighting important things and marking them. Overall, the experience was one to remember.
The service was a success in many respects because it provided the most consistent experience for me.

Overall, I had a good experience with Service for my car. The only issue I had was a part that was ordered for my car was missing. It delayed my service by a day. Otherwise, my assigned technician was good and the dealership provided me a rental while my car was being worked.
Everything went smooth but I felt like the repairs were somewhat pricey! The results to this point have been very good! Emily was great at making sure my experience at Southern was unforgettable and appreciated!

I was having some serious front end issues and due to aftermarket applications the service center was unable to provide service. However, they went out of there way to do a visual inspection and point out all the things that needed repaired. That is customer service!!! Going beyond what is required of you! Great service by the team at Southern! I was super impressed they took steps to minimize rainfall into my open jeep from torrential storms that came through after the express service was completed.
I must admit this was the first time I have came to the dealership since Southern bought out GBD and had a good experience. I use to dread coming back after the buyout b/c it was ALWAYS a negative experience … but this time The lady that checked me in and the lady that checked me out were both amazing… they were super friendly, greeted me with a smile and you can tell they actually wanted to be there… hopefully this will be the beginning of a better relationship because the last few experiences were a nightmare
Work was completed promptly with no issues whatsoever. The staff was courteous and also knowledgeable.
I was able to get an appointment the next day after requesting a recall checked. We were concerned and didn’t want to drive our Ram truck until it was fixed. So thankful it was taken care of right away.

In some ways its okay and in others three is room for improvement starting with a better extended warranty. Have brought 4 cars and it still socks. And we have yet to good discounts and finance charges. Don't know why I keep coming back. Think this might be last time with this last 300.

Came in for an oil change, the mechanic was very thorough in doing this task. Even went as far as to order the factory oil filter from Subaru for me. 10/10 can’t recommend enough
I arrived early for my appointment and they took me right in. The staff is awesome. Had plenary to drink and snack on while I waited in the comfortable lounge. They were quick with my van and I was out of there in no time.
We whent to see and price Jeep Wranglers. The staff was very freindly and not pushy. Efrem took us out to show us a few models and, let us test drive a few. We found the color that the wife liked and Efrem took us to another lot to see if we liked any other colors and models. After finding color and modle we whent back to his desk and worked on a price we could agree on. The financing lady was amazing. it was getting late and they did not rush us at all they stayed freindly through everything. ...
