They were very friendly, accommodating, and willing to fit a customer in at the last minute. I believe it was last week during a cookout. The staff and the service agent in the garage were very friendly and helped me get in and out even when they were hosting an internal party. That's pretty sweet in my book.

The other chesapeake dealer tried to make me fix something in order to get the free recall, this dealership just did the recall and I wasn't pressure to pay for any additional repairs.

I have been using this service department since I purchased my 2021 jeep rubicon with little to no issues. 6monthes ago I had an oil change that cost $60 not bad but not the best price either. Last week I brought my jeep in for another oil change and the price has sky rocketed to $130. Drop off of my vehicle for inspection was simple, but the pick up was confusing. I was told I would receive a message when they were finished, but never received any information on the inspection's completion until I spoke to someone else.

Kept my truck for 4 months for a repair. Didn’t provide a loaner vehicle. Kept pushing the job off saying that they couldn’t get the truck to run but per the odometer the truck was running longer than was told.

Lack of customer service There was a lack of customer service throughout everyone sitting at the desk. When advising what I was there for I was told they don't deal with that issue, it was a 'main service department' issue and then seemed bothered when trying to coordinate to see if my issue could be looked at. So much so I told them to forget about it due to it being such an issue and bother.
Honest and straight to the point way of doing business. Good guys to deal with.

When I made appointment on line and received confirmation with price of oil change, the dealship did not honor or even offer a coupon towards price quoted instead final price was double. Online should not send price confirmation if dealership does not honor.

My 2023 Jeep has had an electrical issue with the stop/start system since shortly after I purchased it new. It has been in the shop over 10 times for this problem. Many of these were for weeks and months at a time. The dealer has done its best, but the product they’re working with suffers from poor design and workmanship. Jeep and electronics do not go together well.
They were very professional and they got my truck in and out in a reasonable time
The service professional who I contacted whom also was the lady to give me my keys at the window was able to get me inspected Saturday morning after I was deleted from the western branch southern, she reminded me it was her I spoke to. Please get more professional people like her she truly made my experience worth the wait.
