Diving into The RAM 1500 Revolution BEV Concept

RAM announces a visionary roadmap at CES 2023 through the new RAM 1500 Revolution battery electric vehicle (BEV), this new model presents a new vision of the future and demonstrates how a leading pickup truck brand will once again make innovations in the pickup truck segment. The new features of the new RAM 1500 Revolution BEV Concept model will be used in future models of RAM trucks, especially the feature of being fully electric. RAM’s goal is to offer a wide range of electrified solutions to customers, and the new RAM 1500 BEV model perfectly fulfills this goal by redefining the segment in 2024. The RAM 1500 BEV will be the model that manages to outperform the offerings of the following electric models from competing companies.

The new RAM 1500 Revolution BEV Concept is an important part of Stellantis’ Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan to lead the way the world moves by offering several innovative mobility solutions that promise to be cleaner, safer, and more affordable for everyone. The automaker has a clear commitment to innovation and leadership in everything related to the propulsion system with the sole purpose of meeting the needs of the real world and customers who seek and need to buy high-quality trucks.
The RAM 1500 Revolution BEV has a rather innovative and very eye-catching exterior design. The vehicle features an animated “RAM” Badge that is found adorning RAM’s face, the vehicle’s design is shaped like a fully animated LED tuning fork. The doors of the new RAM truck are equipped with saloon-style doors giving the vehicle a wide openness and style. The flares located on the truck’s bumper are equipped with bright LED lights and the taillights demonstrate the breakthrough that lighting has achieved with fully animated LED lights. The fascia of the vehicle features a design in which is integrated a protective plate and new pivoting tow hooks.
What most characterizes the design of the new RAM 1500 Revolution BEV is the new motorized trunk with one-touch opening and closing functionality that provides the vehicle with a large storage capacity. Other features that make the RAM 1500 stand out include power cargo port doors, recessed door handles, power side steps and a power rear step with an active diffuser, and much more. The interior of the truck features a longer cab and is much more spacious and the battery pack allows the vehicle to have more cargo volume. The cab floor also has a rail attachment system which helps the cab seats to have better flexibility and the console, the interior also has additional tie-downs and great storage potential.
One of the new features of the new Ram 1500 BEV is the folding seats located in the third row of the vehicle, a power middle door with folding seats made with an inner section that can be removed to place them outside the vehicle, a power glass middle door that helps to place objects up to 18 feet. RAM focused much more on seating and console flexibility to achieve even more space inside the vehicle. The 1500 BEV’s distinctive tuning fork design is similarly found inside the vehicle extending along the dashboard and continuing with a thematic line to the center door. As the centerpiece and demonstrating the high load of advanced technology that RAM’s new truck possesses is a 28-inch touchscreen display comprised of two screens. The screen at the bottom of the dashboard can slide into the RAM track-mount system.
The new RAM 1500 Revolution BEV truck has a four-wheel drive capability that is powered by two electric drive modules (EDMs), located at the front and rear of the vehicle, giving the vehicle a more spacious interior. The 1500 BEV is designed to accommodate larger capacity EDMs. The new RAM 1500 BEV truck has great potential for future high-performance applications.
