I’d like to acknowledge the entire team at Southern in the service department. The service manager Joey ALWAYS goes out of his way to make sure we know exactly what service is being performed on ourJeep when we bring it in. The service team was great - I was expecting the worst, but they found that the true source of the problem was an easy fix, which cost half what I thought it would be. And everyone I met was helpful and nice!
Franco was awesome about getting my vehicle in to be serviced in a timely manner. Service was prompt and delivered on time. The only thing I would like to see is when there are software updates/recalls, a detailed description of what has changed could be included in the closeout paperwork... Only because I noticed a few dash icons had changed. Otherwise A1 rating!
It was a great. The people were very polite they helpme and guided me in the right direction. The sales person kevin helped me and wwas nice i got the vehicle that i went there to get that i head seen online thank you.
